The Town of Babylon covers 53 square miles and is serviced by 3 Animal Control Officers who enforce Article 7 of the Agriculture and Markets Law of New York State and the Local Laws and Ordinances of the Town of Babylon. We are open for adoption viewings by appointment only. If the animal needs to be medicated there is additional charge.
