Cats protection derby volunteer. Charity Retail Association Member. We are a non-profit totally volunteer run organisation run entirely by you. We often get asked why we put so much work into rescuing and looking after cats and the only answer isbecause we care.
With your help our dedicated team can work 7 days a week 24 hours a day ensuring the cats and kittens in our care are getting the best. Apparently the Cardiff branch was told they were doing too much neutering and were closed down as a consequence. The Cats Protection neutering service is a fundamental part of the charity.

As part of the Cats Protection we work alongside other centres and volunteer run branches to help over 235000 cats and kittens every year. Also on the shop you will find information leaflets on cat care and the charitys work. Derby Adoption Centre is the largest purpose built cat centre in this area and was opened in 1998 with 100 pens to house approximately 150 cats and kittens.
